Drivers Today is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 container drivers for an ongoing contract based in Aldridge.

Unlike many container roles, this position involves straightforward local movements with no dock work. You will not require a RHIDES card or port passes, making this an ideal opportunity for drivers who want dependable container work without lengthy dock delays.

Driver requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • A valid HGV Class 1/Category C+E licence

  • Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card

  • Previous container-driving experience

  • A good understanding of load security and vehicle checks

  • A reliable and professional approach

Two years’ Class 1 driving experience is preferred for insurance purposes.
